You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher) to create an account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
You may upload photos of your Magic: The Gathering cards and build decks. You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you grant MyMagicDeck a limited license to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, showing your custom card art on your deck's splash page).
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that isn't a photo of a Magic card where the feature asks for one. We may remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Public pages include a way to report content, and we may act on those reports.
MyMagicDeck is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. Card data and images are provided via Scryfall under their terms; all card names, artwork, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access; no automated scraping that burdens our systems; no reselling the Service. We apply rate limits and may throttle or block abusive traffic.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It's a hobbyist project run on home infrastructure — it may be unavailable, lose data, or change at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMagicDeck is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Keep your own copies of anything important.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
